You will need to fill out an exchange/return form and return this with your item(s). Please click here and to print and access the exchange return form.
It will take approximately 7 days from when we receive your item(s) to process your return or exchange. You will be notified when your replacement items have been shipped and on their way to you.

Often Orders are picked and packed within minutes depending what time you order your items. Therefore we cannot take further payment from you once your order has been placed and we cannot add items onto your order you would need to place a new one.
Contact us (here) as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong delivery address on your order or if there is any other mistake made and we will do our best to accommodate you, however this cannot be guaranteed if your order is picked and packed or dispatched.
